ARSENAL NOW MOVE FOR WONDERKID COMPARED TO JADON SANCHO AT THE EMIRATES

With a potential summer deal on the table, Dean Jones, a transfer insider, told GIVEMESPORT that Arsenal will ‘keep an eye on’ Jamie Bynoe-Gittens of Borussia Dortmund.

Since making his debut for the Bundesliga team, Bynoe-Gittens has dazzled, and many predict that the young Englishman will have a successful future.

Arsenal transfer news – Jamie Bynoe-Gittens

a young talent making waves at Borussia Dortmund while rumored to be moving on to major Premier League clubs. Everything seems pretty familiar, am I right? After saying goodbye to Jadon Sancho just two years prior, it seems the Yellow and Blacks have struck gold once more, with Bynoe-Gittens the newest Englishman to be garnering attention in Germany.

Given that Bynoe-Gittens began his professional career at Borussia Dortmund, it is no wonder that the Premier League’s top clubs are showing interest in the lightning-quick forward who is capable of beating a man and converting a chance. Bynoe-Gittens contributed in a little way to the team’s title run last season, making 15 appearances in the Bundesliga and scoring four goals, according to Transfermarkt.

Even though he hasn’t scored yet this year, the London-born starlet has been given playing time, showing that manager Edin Terzic definitely has faith in him. There is a notion Bynoe-Gittens might have a standout season considering Borussia Dortmund’s pedigree as a team that can develop young players, with Sancho and Jude Bellingham among its alumni in recent years.

But despite the fact that his nascent career is still in its infancy, there is already speculation of a move to the Premier League at the end of the current campaign. According to The Sun, Arsenal is considering a move for the attacker and has floated a £26 million asking price.

What has Dean Jones said about Arsenal and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens?

When asked about the connections to Bynoe-Gittens, transfer insider Jones said that the Gunners will be keeping an eye on his development before the summer transfer window opens. The dependable reporter provided GIVEMESPORT with an important update while speculating on Arsenal’s level of interest:

Bynoe-Gittens is a really fascinating connection, but Germany has been wonderful for him in terms of stepping out into a different environment and learning about himself and how football is seen outside of England at such a young age.

I don’t think it helped that he was dubbed as their next Sancho, but Arsenal would be a good fit if he wants to return to England, if only because several of Arsenal’s top players are represented by his agents as well. Although we know Arsenal is looking for additional options out wide, I’m not persuaded right now that this is their top priority. Nevertheless, I do believe this is one to just keep an eye on for the time being. It’s also important to note that Chelsea are keeping an eye on him should he decide to move back to England.

What has talent scout Jacek Kulig had to say about Jamie Bynoe-Gittens?

Bynoe-Gittens is, of course, no secret; big scouts from all over Europe have been paying attention to it for a while. And given that the two have so far followed a similar career path, it makes sense that the Sancho comparisons have gained traction as a graduate of the Manchester City academy who transferred to Borussia Dortmund in 2020.

Talent scout Jacek Kulig claims that the two attackers aren’t as comparable in nature as some people might believe. In reality, Kulig argued in an interview with GIVEMESPORT that the pair lacked many things in common:

“I wouldn’t personally compare him to Sancho. I think he’s more forthright than Sancho. He has excellent talent, but I do have one issue with him: he has already had three injuries for Dortmund, three of which lasted three months or longer. And that’s a huge problem because Bynoe-Gittens is usually hurt when I check on him. And this is frightening, incredibly worrying, because if we solely consider him from a footballing perspective, he is a fantastic talent. Additionally, he is two-footed, an excellent dribbler, strong for his age, very vertical, and direct. But I’m concerned about these wounds. They seriously concern me.

What else is going on at Arsenal right now?

Even though the summer transfer window may be a little off, the north London team is already taking precautions to safeguard their top performers.

Martin Odegaard is the most recent Arsenal player to agree to a new deal, making the Norwegian international the highest-paid player at the organization (source: Sky Sports). Given that the Arsenal captain has a contract that runs until 2028, Odegaard is likely to spend some of his career playing alongside Bynoe-Gittens should he be pursued in the near future.
