Sofía Vergara and Heidi Klum might not be the best of friends and it shows in their radically different admission about going under the knife!

As far as models and celebrities are concerned, plastic surgery is not taboo anymore. The concept of going under the knife has been around for decades, only recently becoming popular enough to admit to it publicly. With the age-defying miracle, stars like Sofía Vergara and Gwyneth Paltrow have become increasingly comfortable in advocating surgery as a means to feel more comfortable in their own skin.

While a growing number of actresses have been vocal about the process, internet sleuths and doctors on TikTok have pointed out actors as well who are possibly resorting to botox injections to look younger than their age may permit. Recent claims have been made about Ryan Gosling and Tom Cruise although there has never been any actual evidence to support the allegations.

Sofía Vergara & Heidi Klum Attempt Plastic Surgery

As far as beauty is concerned, there would be no one more qualified to be the herald of change than Sofía Vergara. The Latina icon, famous for her role in Modern Family, has never shied away from using her attributes to her advantage. And even though the sitcom never allowed her to be objectified, Vergara became a proponent of plastic surgery for the sake of her looks.

Sofía Vergara isn’t completely to blame for not wanting the signs of age to show just yet. Societal standards of beauty have always dictated people’s perception of Hollywood stars. And although not the first to do so, the Modern Family actress is the latest in a long line of stars to support plastic surgery as a means to an end.

Heidi Klum, on the other hand, has resolutely defended herself against plastic surgery allegations. The German-American supermodel and a former Victoria’s Secret Angel, has been a staple of American television in the past decade. With her appearances in Project Runway, Germany’s Next Top Model, and America’s Got Talent, Klum has always remained in the public eye.

As such, even though there might be significant pressure on her to look perfect on television as a host of shows that elevate the standards of beauty, Heidi Klum has been hesitant to admit seeking the help of beauty practitioners herself, unlike fellow model Sofía Vergara.

Sofía Vergara Faces Surgery Allegations Head-on

According to insider reports from the world of television entertainment, an anonymous source has confessed to Life & Style Magazine about Sofía Vergara and Heidi Klum’s attempts to go under the knife in order to maintain their perfect façade in the public eye.

However, the way they went about the surgery claims may not entirely be what one would usually expect. The source confesses that there might be a faux rivalry between Vergara and Klum that has been steering them toward getting the surgery done for quite some time now.

 

There’s a lot of pressure on both of them to be perfect, and as genetically blessed as they are, everyone’s convinced they’ve been getting some help along the way from the plastic surgeon to stay so youthful. There’s a very obvious game of one-upping being played between these two. But at least Sofía admits she gets some help. Everyone just rolls their eyes at Heidi’s claims about being totally natural.

The insider firmly concludes that Vergara is “actually quite open [about getting help], or at least to some extent, whereas Heidi’s very guarded. She likes people to think she’s totally natural and just happens to have her own fountain of youth.”
So, while admitting to the surgery might seem easy enough to the Colombian star, Klum isn’t completely ready to let the world know just yet that not everything about her physical appearance is “natural” despite her earlier claims.
