Alexander Issak, a striker for Newcastle, says he’s prepared to join Arsenal “ON ONE CONDITION” following recent POSITIVE talks with Mikel Arteta regarding a possible move to the Emirates.

After missing out on the opportunity to sign the Swedish striker for £37 million less than two years ago, Arsenal is reportedly interested in paying £100 million for Alexander Issak this summer.

In 2022, Newcastle United invested £63 million to acquire Isak, and they were rewarded. In 60 games for the team, the 24-year-old has contributed four assists and 29 goals.

When Isak moved to St. James’ Park, Arsenal reportedly showed interest in him, but they were unable to sign the gifted striker. Isak is becoming one of the Premier League’s most clinical players, so this decision appears to be costing more and more every minute.

When Newcastle tries to raise money at the end of the current season owing to profit and sustainability regulations, there may be a chance for a second recruitment of Isak. They are expected to pay £100 million for Isak, one of the players they may want to sell to balance the books. This is in line with a recent report that suggested Tottenham Hotspur is also prepared to move.

Howe has stated that he thinks his star striker will stay and that he does not want to lose a 14th player, even though the Magpies will need to sell this summer.

Before Tuesday night’s match against Everton, the Newcastle manager told reporters, “Nobody connected with Newcastle wants to lose him.” “He has extraordinary talent.” He played really well against West Ham, in my opinion. Although he did not score in open play, he played a very good game overall and made two excellent penalty kicks. His athleticism and link-up play gave the impression that he was in a great position.

Last month, when discussing his future on Tyneside, Isaac asserted that “a lot of things can happen.” It doesn’t really affect me, he said in an interview with Expressen. It has been discussed numerous times in numerous windows. That’s just how it seems to me. Although everyone is aware that summer is approaching and anything can happen, I haven’t given it much thought.

As far as Football.london is aware, Arsenal is looking to add a striker to their roster this summer. Mikel Arteta is rumored to be close to leaving Arsenal, so it is thought that he wants a front-line player with alot of versatility.
