26-year-old Leicester star could switch international allegiance

The athlete has stated that he hopes to play for Bangladesh at some point, and having a player of his caliber would greatly benefit the national squad.

It is unclear if Bangladesh can sign the Leicester City midfield player before they play Palestine in the World Cup qualifying match the following month. At the end of the season, the 26-year-old, who is now playing for the Foxes in the Championship, will be looking to lead his team back to the Premier League.
