Breaking: Ahead of the Carabao Cup final, Chelsea FC manager Maurizio Pochettino has sent a warning to Liverpool.

Pochettino has sent a strong message to Liverpool, stressing that his Chelsea team will play with total commitment in Sunday’s Carabao Cup final, no matter who is available.

This eagerly awaited matchup between Chelsea and Liverpool is the first chance to win silverware in the English domestic league and a rematch of their fierce 2022 match, which Liverpool won 11–10 in a penalty shootout.

Kepa Arrizabalaga was dramatically substituted for the penalty shootout in the last minute of extra time during the previous encounter’s memorable shootout.

But with the score tied at ten, Kepa’s miss on the game-winning spot-kick gave the finish an unmatched dramatic touch.

This time around, both teams are keen to avoid such high-stakes drama, especially in light of their upcoming schedules after Sunday’s championship game.

The goal is to resolve the matter in a timely manner, but both managers find it difficult to start their most seasoned players due to injury concerns.

Due to their extensive injury lists, Chelsea and Liverpool may be forced to rest key players from their squads as the Carabao Cup final draws near.

Even though there will be a lot of talent on display during the game, a few players might be sidelined by injuries. The following can be seen by looking at both teams’ injury reports:

Reece James: Expected to return in March or April after missing time due to a thigh injury. OUT
