Stan Kroenke, the owner of Arsenal, has warned Mikel Arteta to stop using his “special” player in the wrong position if he wants to get the best performance out of him. “You’re using his player in a wrong position and that’s why he has been performing poorly. Put him in his right position and he will become a beast on the pitch.”

Mikel Arteta is told by Kroenke that he is playing “special.” Kai Havertz is no longer employed by Arsenal.

Although Kai Havertz is reportedly being used at Arsenal in the incorrect role, Kroenke has maintained that the high-profile addition can still be a “special player” for the team.

Havertz joined the Gunners for a cool £65 million in the summer, but he hasn’t exactly been on his best game. In the 18 games he has played in all competitions, he has only managed an assist and one goal against Bournemouth.

The 24-year-old was frequently used as a striker for Chelsea, but in an Arsenal shirt, he has mostly played in midfield, sometimes on the left side of a midfield three and more recently on the right in Martin Odegaard’s absence.
