Forbes has revealed the world’s highest-paid football players in 2023. It’s a list full of stars featuring Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Kylian Mbappe. In a not-so-surprising turn of events, Ronaldo and Messi find themselves on the top spots.

The first one is obviously Cristiano Ronaldo. At 38 years old, Ronaldo is the highest-paid player worldwide in 2023, with a jaw-dropping value of $260 million, $60 million of which are off-field earnings.

Messi, at 36, is right behind him, securing second place with a total value of $135 million. His on-field earnings amount to $65 million, while he pockets an additional $70 million from off-field ventures.
