Victor Osimhen makes huge Arsenal transfer admission ahead of January move

Osimhen’s career at Napoli appeared to be in jeopardy when his agent said the player was prepared to sue the Serie A team after derogatory films of the forward were uploaded to the team’s TikTok account.

The prolific striker has no shortage of potential suitors; during the summer transfer window, teams like Chelsea, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Arsenal were all connected to the player. These teams are still keeping tabs on a player whose deal expires in 2025.

The 4-1 and 4-0 victories over Udinese and Lecce, respectively, have reduced tension. These were followed by a valiant Los Blancos effort that resulted in a 3-2 Champions League loss, which was highlighted by a wondergoal by Jude Bellingham.

After weeks of rumors, Napoli’s president has now emphasized the likelihood that Osimhen will finally sign a new contract.
Osimhen wasn’t even in question. De Laurentiis informed El Chiringuito that he is a top player.

“New deal? Yes, there’s no problem. There are never problems here.”

Shortly after Osimhen himself released a statement stating that he intends to stay with the club, De Laurentiis made his assertions.

He declared on Instagram: “Choosing to visit Naples in 2020 was a fantastic choice for me.

“The people of Naples have been so loving and kind to me, and I won’t let anyone stand in our way.

“Naples’ residents’ fervor feeds my desire to always play with all of my heart and soul, and my love for the badge is unwavering as I wear it with pride.

“I have a lot of Neapolitan friends who have integrated themselves into my family and daily life. I am grateful to Nigerians and everyone else who reached out to me and raised their voices in support.

Let’s keep promoting harmony, decency, and understanding. It’s always “Forza Napoli.”

Osimhen’s future will be widely debated if he does not agree to a new contract with Napoli before next summer because the Serie A team does not want to lose him when he becomes a free agent in 2025.
