ARSENAL INJURY WORRIES CONTINUE TO MOUNT AHEAD OF MAN CITY GAME
After today’s 4-0 demolition of Bournemouth, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus are now both causing concern for Arsenal, as their injury woes continue to grow.
After the game, Mikel Arteta told the reporters that Saka had taken a “pretty bad knock,” and the manager added that Jesus was hobbling in the locker room.
According to Arteta, who was quoted by the Metro as saying that he himself does not know the entire degree of the injuries, the precise nature of the wounds is currently unknown.
The two are only the most recent in a string of injuries that have plagued the Arsenal team, and with Man City coming up next Sunday and a Champions League away game at Lens in the middle of the week, it will be a long wait.
Just Arsenal Opinion
The last thing we need is for any of our players to have further injuries; this is quickly turning into a catastrophe, and with a match against Man City coming up, you need all of your players to be healthy.
We’re going to need as many of our wounded players as we can muster to take on the forthcoming matches, so hopefully the Arsenal medical staff can bring them all back to full health.
