Arsenal have secured a big new sponsorship deal as Betway joins the club’s ever-growing list of global partners alongside Emirates, Socios and many others.
The agreement between Arsenal and Betway was announced on the 1st September with Betway become the official global betting partner of the men’s team, a relationship that is set to enhance the fan experience with exclusive content and activations across social media platforms.
Arsenal join the list of Premier League clubs to partner up with the betting company, along with West Ham and Brighton.
Betway’s branding will feature all across the Emirates Stadium and across various digital platforms after Arsenal commit to a multi-year partnership. Although the deal will undoubtedly boost Betway’s visibility, it goes well beyond just that.
Betway is set to offer Code of Conduct and Responsible Gaming training to Arsenal’s players and staff. This initiative aligns well with the club’s ongoing efforts in collaboration with the FA and PFA to educate players on responsible gambling practices.
Anthony Werkman, the CEO of Betway Group, spoke on the partnership with Arsenal: “We’re excited to work together to deliver great content and experiences for Arsenal’s huge global supporter base.”
He also added that Betway, having a North London office, feels a special connection to the club and is keen to support its domestic and European endeavours.
